These Terms govern your use of KyaReFitting aa (the "App"). By signing in or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The service
KyaReFitting aa is a personal fitness dashboard that displays your own Google Health activity — steps, calories, distance, heart rate, sleep, and body metrics — along with goals, streaks, achievements, and a steps leaderboard. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Eligibility and your account
You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
Health information disclaimer
KyaReFitting aa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health and fitness data shown in the App may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your health.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access or attempt to access another member's data;
- reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the App or its infrastructure;
- use the App to violate any law or third-party rights, including Google's terms.
Your data
You retain ownership of your data. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect Google Health or request deletion of your account at any time.
Third-party services
The App relies on Google (sign-in and Google Health/People APIs) and Supabase. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or the accuracy of data they provide.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyaReFitting aa and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the App and its members.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
